About : Panchase Trek
Panchase Trek is the nearby trek from pokhara. Panchase is a village away from Pokhara’s city life that preserves rural values that portray Nepal’s lifestyle. It is one of the fastest treks in Pokhara with lovely views of the highest mountains, picturesque nature and genuine culture.
When we start our trek to Panchase, we walk from Pokhara to Ghatchhina. There will be two ways to Panchase: we can take the road or walk down. We would recommend steps, otherwise we would take the road or steps, unless it is wet if it is extremely slippery.
The trek is crossed by picturesque green hills, picturesque terraced fields and very clean villages. The wild animals will be a magical experience when walking in the forests underneath the rhododendron, oak and juniper trees.
World known Gurungs, with their Gurkha stories and history, are the main inhabitants of the area. Hiking to Panchase Bhanjyang at an altitude of 2050m viewing crystal clear views of Annapurna, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, and Lamjung is the best part of this trek.
