It is the known fact that Nepal is a landlocked country with two Neighbors China and India. China covers the North Border of Nepal and the rest three directions are covered by India. Nepal has Mountain region in the North part of the country and the map of India never touches the North part of Nepal. Thus, this question unarguably one answer i.e. Mount Everest is not in India.
Nepal and China Border run across the Mountain as Border of Both countries. There are two main climbing routes, one approaching the summit from the southeast in Nepal (known as the "standard route") and the other from the north in Tibet. But the main Summit is located in Nepal. And anybody who wants to climb Everest usually use Standard route which is in Nepal because the route of China is difficult as compared to Standard route of Nepal.
The cost depends upon the group size. If you’re a group of 2 persons it will cost about $40,000 per person. The cost can be minimized if the group size is large. It means you’ll have reduced cost for a large group and vice-versa.
People die every year on Everest from falls, storms, avalanches, lack of oxygen, freezing or underlying health issues.
The 2019 season on Mt. Everest is one of the deadliest climbing seasons on record. At least 11 people died this season.
