India is home to breathtaking natural wonders, exotic wildlife, glorious heritage, and amazing festivals. Sikkim is a Himalayan Kingdom that has been an Indian state since 1975 A.D. It shares borders with China in the north, Bhutan in the east, and Nepal in the west. It is located in the Himalayan foothills.

Darjeeling is a city in India’s West Bengal state. It is situated at an elevation of 2000m/6,560ft. Darjeeling is affectionately known as the “Queen of Hills.” It is one of the most well-known hill stations. It is located in north-eastern India. The major attractions of Darjeeling are the lush green hills, valleys with steeped colorful housing, rolling tea gardens, and man-made parks. The distinct culture and traditions of the people of Darjeeling and Sikkim, which are almost identical to those of Naples, will be overwhelming.

Day To Day Itinerary

Day 1

You will be greeted with a warm smile when you arrive at Bagdogra Airport. Our representative will greet you at the airport and transport you to the jeep Proceed toward Darjeeling. The drive is about 3 to 4 hours. Proceed to the hotel and check in. Our guide will meet you in the evening and give you a quick overview of the trip.

Day 2

Start your day early in the morning by driving to Tiger Hill, passing through primitive oak and Magnolia forests. The journey will take between 1 and 2 hours. Arrive at Tiger Hill in time to see the sunrise over Kanchendzonga. Enjoy a wonderful breakfast on the way back. Visit the Ghoom Monastery, the Peace Memorial, and the Batasia Loop after breakfast. Enjoy the Local food over Lunch. After lunch, take a Ropeway ride to see the sights of Darjeeling’s hills and valleys. Enjoy a ride on the Toy Train from Darjeeling to Ghum and back, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After that Explore the Popular Tea Garden and in the Evening visit Chowk Bazaar or the Mall to see the local market.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will depart for a 10-minute drive from the main market to visit the Peace Pagoda and Japanese Temple. Explore the surrounding area. From there, travel to Gangtok. The journey will take approximately 4 to 5 hours. On the way, you’ll have a delicious lunch. Check-in at the hotel and relax for a while. Following that, go to Rumtek and Enchey Monasteries. Explore Gangtok’s Local Market in the evening.

Day 4

After breakfast, today, depart for Tsomgo Lake. It is located at a height of 3,753 meters. It takes 1 to 2 hours to get there from Gangtok. Scared Lake has an oval form. The lake has a depth of 50 feet. Take a look around the area. Enjoy lunch on the way back and proceed to Baba Mandir, which is 18 kilometers from the lake. The temple belongs to the disappear army. Return to Gangtok after exploring the temple. Explore the local market in the evening by tasting local cuisine and shopping.

Day 5

After breakfast, today, depart for Kalimpong. The journey will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. When you arrive at the hotel, check in, relax for a little, and then enjoy lunch. Visit Zangdok Phalri Monastery, Tongsa Monastery, and Durpin Monastery after lunch. In the evening, stroll through the Market and do some shopping.

Day 6

After breakfast, depart for Mangal Dham sightseeing. Drive to Bagdogra from there. It’s known as the “Gateway to North Bengal.” The journey takes roughly 2 hours. After checking into the hotel, take a break and enjoy lunch, explore the local market later in the evening.

Day 7

The 6-day journey has concluded. Today is your last day in Bagdogra. Our representative will have a short discussion on the trip and take your feedback after a hearty breakfast. Following this session, he will drive you to the airport in our private transportation 1 hour before your trip.
