What is Chakra Healing?

Chakra healing is a concept rooted in ancient Eastern spiritual traditions, particularly within Hindu and Buddhist philosophies. According to these traditions, chakras are believed to be energy centers located along the spine, each associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of human experience.

The term “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit word for “wheel” or “disk,” and it refers to the idea that these energy centers resemble spinning wheels or vortexes. There are seven main chakras, which are usually aligned from the base of the spine to the crown of the head and are each associated with a different color and aspect of life:

  1. Root Chakra (Muladhara):Associated with survival, security, and grounding.
  2. Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana):Connected to creativity, sexuality, and emotions.
  3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura):Related to personal power, confidence, and self-esteem.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This ancient method is based on the understanding that different frequencies and vibrations can have varying effects on the body and mind. Singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and other instruments, as well as vocal toning and chanting, can all be used for sound healing.

In a sound healing session, the practitioner produces sounds or vibrations while the participants usually lie down or sit comfortably. It is thought that these frequencies interact with the chakras, or energy centers, of the body, assisting in their alignment and balance. Deep relaxation, stress reduction, and pain relief can all be achieved by listening to the calming and harmonious sounds.

Day 1

On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will meet you there, take you to the hotel, and assist you with the check-in procedure and short briefing about your tour program. Check-in to hotel and have some rest to feel fresh. In the evening, visit Pashupatinath Temple for Darshan and evening aarati. Overnight is at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2

Post breakfast, take a guided tour to the Monkey Temple, also known as Swyambhunath Stupa. Gaze upon the expansive vistas of the valley while participating in a Chakra Balancing Workshop. Skilled instructors will lead you through methods to harmonize and purify your energy centers. Overnight is in Kathmandu.

Day 3

Post breakfast, visit Boudhanath Stupa, a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site and a hub of Tibetan Buddhism. Engage in a meditation session led by a local monk, allowing you to delve into the profound tranquility of this sacred space and connect with your inner self. Participate in sound healing therapy at retreat centre at Bouddhanath. Overnight is in Kathmandu.

Day 4

Post breakfast, explore Patan’s ancient city and its Durbar Square, which is adorned with intricately carved temples and palaces. Following your exploration, treat yourself to a revitalizing Ayurvedic massage that promotes physical and spiritual well-being. Overnight is in Kathmandu.

Day 5

Post breakfast, travel to the enchanting city of Pokhara, nestled against the backdrop of the Annapurna mountain range. The journey itself is a feast for the senses, offering stunning views of rural landscapes. Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel and have rest to feel energetic. In the evening, you can hang around the Lakeside streets to enjoy amazing night view. Overnight is in Pokhara.

Day 6

Post breakfast, take a revitalizing yoga class in the peace and quiet of Australian Camp to start your day. After that, take part in a sound healing session where you can lose yourself in the relaxing tones of singing bowls and other traditional instruments. These sounds’ resonance will direct you toward equilibrium and inner serenity. Overnight is in Pokhara.

Day 7

Wake up early for a mesmerizing sunrise over the Himalayas from Sarangkot. Follow this with a rejuvenating yoga session, harnessing the energy of the morning and the breathtaking mountain views. After yoga sessions, drive to World Peace Pagoda. Find a quiet spot within the pagoda complex to meditate or just sit and reflect. The tranquil surroundings are ideal for reconnecting with your inner self. Allow the tranquil environment to wash away your stress and restore your sense of calm. Overnight is in Pokhara.

Day 8

Post breakfast, drive from Pokhara to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Upon arrival, check-in to a hotel near the sacred garden. In the evening, visit Maya Devi Temple. Overnight is in Lumbini.

Day 9

Begin your day with a chakra healing guided meditation session. Learn about your body’s seven energy centers and how to balance them for overall well-being. After the session, eat a healthy breakfast before embarking on a guided tour of Lumbini’s historical and spiritual sites. Visit the Maya Devi Temple, the Ashoka Pillar, and other spiritually significant sites. Overnight is in Lumbini.

Day 10

Participate in a guided sound healing session at the Maya Devi Temple, a significant pilgrimage site. Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments’ resonant tones will create a harmonious environment, promoting relaxation and balance. The sacred vibrations will help to align your chakras, promoting peace and well-being. Overnight is in Lumbini.

Day 11

Post breakfast, drive from Lumbini to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel. In the evening, you can hang around the vibrant streets of Thamel, to enjoy night life. Overnight is in Kathmandu.

Day 12

Post breakfast, drive to Tribhuvan International Airport for final departure.
