Trip Introduction
Phulchowki Day Hike is a one day hike around Kathmandu valley. The word Phulchowki means ‘Hill of Flowers’ (Phul: flower & Choki: Garden) in Nepali. It is the highest hill (2782m) among the surrounding hills of Kathmandu valley. Phulchowki hill is surrounded by the dense forest of different plants also including Rhododendron of different colours, including pure white and dark red.
The walking rate is easy and scenic and the eye-catching view of the eastern part of Annapurna range to Gaurishanker in the east.It can drag your heart to the sanctification of this tour. Breathtaking scene of Kathmandu valley is another glorious piece of this visit.

Day 1
Day 01: Phulchowki Day Hike from the Godavari
After finishing breakfast at the hotel, our guide will pick up you and drive to the Godavari. The 14 km journey takes around 45 minutes drive. From here, we set on foot for the next five hours. Explore the wonderful botanical garden then walk gradually uphill to the hill station of Phulchowki. Three hours of hiking reach the top of the hill and explore the views. Then, walk down and drive back to Kathmandu.
