Trip Introduction
Begnaskot Hiking is a lovely one-day hike in Pokhara. It is located on the northeast hillside of Begnas Lake, with a view of the Himalayas. It is located at an elevation of 1,100m/3,608ft. You’ll hike up to the Begnaskot temple to pray. You will have a spectacular view of Begnas and Rupa lakes. You can also gaze out at the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan Ranges.
You will drive to Begnas Lake, the starting point of the hike. A 30-minute drive takes place. When you arrive at Begnas Lake, you will go boating for 30 minutes across the lake to the other side. From here, you will begin your ascent of Begnaskot Hill. You’ll be walking through the woods. You’ll also get a great view of the mountains from the trail. You will also pass through traditional Nepalese villages. When you reach the top, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of Rupa and Begnas lakes. Worship at the Begnaskot Temple and take in the scenery. Descend to Sundari Danda, where you can enjoy an amazing view while eating lunch, and then continue down to Begnas Lake.

Day 1
Drive from Pokhara to Begnas Lake and Hike to Begnaskot.
Following breakfast, our representative will meet you in the lobby and drive you to Begnas Lake, which is approximately 30 minutes from Lakeside. When you arrive at Begnas Lake, you will take a 30-minute boat ride across the lake to the other side. You will begin your ascent of Begnaskot Hill from here. You’ll be walking down in the woods. The trail also provides a beautiful view of the mountains. You’ll also see traditional Nepalese villages. When you reach the top, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the Rupa and Begnas lakes, as well as the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountain ranges.
