Trip Introduction
Pokhara’s most popular hiking destination is Ghandruk. It is located in the Kaski district of Nepal’s western region. It is located at the foot of the Annapurna region. It is located within the Annapurna Conservation Area. It is situated at an elevation of 2000m/6,561ft. It is a well-known Gurung village. You can also learn about authentic Gurung culture by visiting the old Gurung Museum. The spectral view includes Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Annapurna III, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre.
You will drive to Nayapul, the hike’s starting point. A road trip takes between 1 and 2 hours. When you arrive in Nayapul, you will begin your hike. You will walk through paddy fields, a forest, and stone stairs. On the trail, you’ll also get a great view of the mountains. When you arrive at Ghandruk Village, you will be greeted by a spectacular view of the village and the surrounding mountains. The Gurung Culture will also greet you with open arms.

Day 1
Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul and Hike to Ghandruk

After breakfast, our representative will meet you in the lobby and drive you to Nayapul, which is about 1 to 2 hours from Pokhara. You’ll be walking through paddy fields, a forest, and stone steps. You’ll also get a great view of the mountains from the trail. You will enjoy seeing the typical way of life of the people as they work in the field. When you arrive at Ghandruk Village, you will be greeted with a breathtaking view of the village and surrounding mountains. The Gurung Culture will also warmly welcome you. Rest for a little while and then have some snacks. Visit the Gurung Museum, which is placed in an old traditional house and teaches about the traditional Gurung culture and way of life. You can also try on traditional Gurung attire and click some Photos with the Glimpse of Mountain. Enjoy the Gurung cultural program in the evening.

Day 2
Day Sightseeing of Ghandruk and Drive Back to Pokhara
Today, you will get up early before sunrise to watch the sunrise over the mountains from your homestay. Hike for 30 minutes after breakfast to reach small Chiyabagan in Ghandruk. Explore the surrounding area while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Return to your homestay and relax for a while before eating your lunch. Hike down to Kimchi Village (about 30 to 45 minutes). Drive to Pokhara.
