Trip Introduction
The Phulchowki Hiking Trail is an ideal short trip for spending time in nature. Phulchowki is also known as the Flower Hills. It holds the Importance of Famous Goddess Phulchowki. It is located at a height of 2,782m/9,127ft. It is located 14 kilometers southeast of Kathmandu Valley. The trail is densely forested with Rhododendrons. Because of the snowfall, it is one of the most popular winter destinations. It is also an excellent location for bird watching, as you can see Rufous-gorgeted, Yellow-browed Tit, Racket-Tailed Drongons, and Bronzed, among other species.
You will drive to Godawari Bus Park, the starting point of the hike. The journey takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. You will begin your hike once you arrive at the Bus Park. The trail travels through a dense Rhododendron Forest with spectacular views. You will ascend the stone steps. Continue your walk through the dense forest on the gravel road. The scenic trails and views will take your breath away. You’ll have a dry picnic lunch with a view of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Gaurishankar, and the other Himalayas. You will take the same route back to Kathmandu.

After breakfast, our representative will meet you in the lobby and drive you to Godawari Bus Park, which is about 30 to 45 minutes from Thamel. When you arrive at the Bus Park, you will begin your hike. The trail passes through a dense Rhododendron Forest with breathtaking views. You’ll climb the stone steps. Continue on the gravel road through the dense forest. The breathtaking scenery and trails will take your breath away. You’ll enjoy a dry picnic lunch with views of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Gaurishankar, and other Himalayan peaks. You will return to Kathmandu via the same route.
