Trip Introduction
Shivapuri Day Hiking Tour begins at Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, located on the northern edge of Kathmandu Valley, about 12 km from the capital city centre. If you’re excited about bird songs and animal buzzes, Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park is just one of a kind for you.
Shivapuri day hiking is a short and easy adventure near Kathmandu. Baghdwar is the source of the Bagmati Holy River flowing nearby Pashupatinath Holy Place, which is supposed to come from Tiger’s mouth.
Hike to Shivpuri starts riding through the vehicle to Nagi Gumba for about half an hour. You can also explore the Gumba and learn about its ancient history. You must pass the permit before entering the National Park.
There are more than 500 varieties of an animal in the National Park protected. The trail of magnificent rhododendron forests continues your hike.

Day 1
Day 01: Shivapuru day hiking.
After breakfast drives one hour to Budhnilkantha and then start to hike. The hike operates through the forest with a fabulous view down to the valley. Eventually, reach to the Nagi Gomba and hike down to Sundarijal then drive back one and half hour to Kathmandu.
